Conception. The concept grew from the essence of the historical Kuressaare city center which has housing dominating the street front view and in the inner core there is a lush green of trees and shrubs. On one side of the apartment building there are terrasses close to the building. It was a challenge to make it lush without creating a claustrophobic feeling to it. Local traditional species were selected for the project.
